Eric was born in 1976 in Torrance, California. He received his BFA from CalArts for Animation. Since than, Eric has mainly been working with illustration and drawing and has been displayed in many publications such as Artforum, Juxtapoz Magazine, Los Angeles Times Review, and the New York Times Review. His work has been featured in galleries including the L.A. Louver, Torrance Art Museum, Kunsthalle Los Angeles, and The Hole in New York City. Eric has worked on projects for South Park, MADtv, and Seinfeld. As of recent, much of his work has focused on large scale projects that have a unique background to create heroically-scaled installations, most often anchored by wall-sized, photorealistic drawings. He tends to utilized charcoal, graphite, and color pencils in his work. He is currently represented by Ambach & Rice in Los Angeles.
